The ceramic fiber modules are pre-compressed from thermal insulation blankets, and strict production process monitoring allows the ceramic fiber module series to have precise dimensions. After installation, the block will expand in all directions according to the pre-designed scheme, the good fiber elasticity and the precise compression ratio of the block and the sealing of the packing material make the inner cavity of the kiln become tight, and the kiln lining is more elastic to make it more energy-saving, more efficient, longer used, and create more economic benefits for customers.
