Product Description
Ceramic fiber paper is a unique product range that is made by forming aluminosilicate fibers in a non-woven mold. In the manufacturing process, the ceramic fibers are randomly distributed in orientation and then fixed with a latex binder system. A special papermaking process is controlled using statistical methods to form uniform, lightweight, and flexible flakes.
By blending different fibers, binders and additives, while changing the manufacturing process, it is now possible to produce a wide range of ceramic fiber papers to meet the needs of a variety of applications. Ceramic fiber paper has excellent chemical stability and can resist most corrosive agents. Even if the paper is soaked with water or steam, its heat resistance and physical properties can still be fully restored after drying.
