We are committed to promoting the technological innovation of fire protection solutions for ventilation and smoke exhaust pipes, creating lightweight flexible silicate fiber cotton products (flexible fire protection membranes) and quick installation methods with higher fire resistance and thermal insulation. At present, the flexible fireproof membrane covered metal ventilation duct system has been officially launched.

The system directly wraps the professionally developed flexible fire protection membrane on the outside of the metal duct of the mechanical smoke prevention and exhaust system, and cooperates with the integrity design of the overall style structure to achieve the required fire resistance performance requirements and thermal insulation effect of the ventilation duct.

This flexible fireproof membrane covered metal ventilation duct system has passed the national GB/T17428-2009

The fire resistance test method of ventilation duct can meet the fire resistance limit requirements (integrity and thermal insulation) of 1.0h and 1.5h, and meet the design requirements of building smoke prevention and exhaust system. It can isolate the heat of fire smoke through the pipe wall, remove the smoke and heat in the event of fire, and ensure personnel evacuation and fire rescue. This lightweight, ultra-thin and compact structural system is a breakthrough and innovative solution to replace the traditional rigid fireproof cladding structural system (fireproof board + rock wool) of air ducts.

Product Composition

Core material: aluminum silicate fiber blanket - a kind of high-temperature insulation material made of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and silicon dioxide can provide good thermal insulation performance for a long time below 1260 °C

Surface encapsulation: Customized aluminum foil glass fiber reinforced composite material is tear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, moisture-proof and waterproof

Tensile strength: twice as much as traditional aluminum foil fiberglass cloth

Performance: non-combustible grade A / density 96kg/m3 / maximum temperature resistance 1260 °C (24 hours) thermal conductivity 0.06 @ 200.C; 0.27@800℃
