[ Production process and product characteristics ]

- Ordinary type aluminum silicate fiber wool is produced by taking hard clay clinker as raw material, melting in resistance furnace, spraying and blowing or flinging into fiber.

- High-purity, high-aluminum type aluminum silicate fiber cotton, high purity alumina silica powder synthetic material as raw material, through the resistance furnace melting, blowing or flinging into fiber production process.

- Zirconium-containing alumino-silicate fiber cotton, high purity alumina silica powder and quartz sand composite material as raw material, through the resistance furnace melting, blowing or flinging into the fiber production process.

[ Characteristics of flinging fiber cotton ]

- Containing lubricants, low slag ball content, low non-fiber material content, untreated dumping into the fiber process to produce long fibers, is a high-temperature kiln heating device wall lining gap filling material, and excellent spinnability is the raw material for textiles.

[ Blown fiber cotton features ]

Lubricant-free, untreated, low slag ball content, the fiber produced by the blowing process is the filling material for high temperature kilns and the excellent raw material for vacuum forming products, fiber spraying and fiber paper.
