[ Production process ]

- Various kinds of blown aluminum silicate fiber blankets are made of ordinary, high purity, high alumina and zirconium-containing aluminum silicate fiber cotton produced by the process of blowing silk into fibers, and are made through the process of needling, heat-setting, longitudinal and transversal cutting, and rolling, and so on. Various needle-punched blanket in addition to the corresponding varieties of bulk aluminum silicate fiber cotton with the same excellent performance, and has excellent tensile strength. The texture of needle punched blanket is even and the surface is flat.

- Needled felts of different weights and thicknesses provide users with a wide range of materials to choose from in order to obtain the best thermal insulation structure and benefits.
